Following in the footsteps of the pilgrim fathers, Proud City traveled through Scrooby to Lincoln to discover a New World of active citizenship activity!
Lincoln University is the home of the Lincoln and East Midlands Hub of the Take Part network that has been doing some fantastic community engagement work for quite a few years. Proud City worked with all the hubs in the creation of a national framework for active learning for active citizenship.
Present at the meeting was Proud City and its collaborative partners from London South Bank University, City and Guilds and of course the leaders of the Take Part national network. A beneficial working alliance was formed to ensure a consistently high standard of of active citizenship learning is available to all candidates during the national roll out of iPAC, across England. It's true - Together We Can!
