Following Proud City Academy's pioneering work in using the Health Trainer level 3 qualification to equipe a Good Neighbours programme in Elsemere Port, Proud City CEO, Michael Felse, has been consulted on a similar 'Good Neighbours' scheme in Leicestershire. The programme is being developed to equipe a Sure Start Centre with a well qualified staff and meaningful saleable service to help secure its place in these changing times.
